The Getaway
I haven’t been updating the site much lately. I’ve been crazy busy with repairs lately and unfortunately posting new content hasn’t been a top priority. I picked this up yesterday and figured I’d post about it.
Pinball Article in Kansas City Star
The Kansas City Star had a lengthy article on pinball featuring you know who. It was published in the Sunday Star Magazine insert of the September 9th edition of the Kansas City Star. The online version of the article has now been archived and can only be viewed if you are a subscriber or have an archive account with the KC Star.
The reporter, Ed Eveld, and photographer, Rich Sugg, did a great job. Many thanks to them.
Moving to Pizza West
As mentioned elsewhere on the site, I now have six (now seven) games in Pizza West in Shawnee, KS. At the time these pictures were taken I was moving in four games. Getting these games ready and servicing them has kept me busy the last few weeks. Since not much has happened on my other projects, I figured I’d post some pictures of the moving day.
KC Pins launches
KC Pins is devoted to pinball in the Kansas City metro area. I will have information on repairs, maintenance, collecting, and events in the area.
The site is new and under construction. More will be coming soon.
