November KCAPA Tournament

Congratulations to Michael G. for winning the November 2012 KCAPA tournament at Pizza West. Don B. placed second and Stewart C. placed third.

We had 24 players, full results can be found here.

Fingers crossed, I’ll have Jurassic Park fixed later today.

 

Pinball Article in Kansas City Star

The Kansas City Star had a lengthy article on pinball featuring you know who.  It was published in the Sunday Star Magazine insert of the September 9th edition of the Kansas City Star.  The online version of the article has now been archived and can only be viewed if you are a subscriber or have an archive account with the KC Star.

Moving to Pizza West

As mentioned elsewhere on the site, I now have six (now seven) games in Pizza West in Shawnee, KS.  At the time these pictures were taken I was moving in four games.  Getting these games ready and servicing them has kept me busy the last few weeks.  Since not much has happened on my other projects, I figured I’d post some pictures of the moving day.

Pachinko

Note:  I do not work on Pachinko machines.  Although I’ve worked on a few over the years, I will not work on them any more.  Nobody I know wants to work on them either.  Sorry.

Yes, it is April Fool’s Day, but no jokes here.  I received a call to repair a pachinko machine.  I pretty much focus on only pinball machines, but hey, why not?
